The atmosphere, ambience, decor was beautiful..love the update, layout of the suite we really liked, loved the Aveda products in the shower, your front desk check people..very sweet. Dressed amazingly. Great sense of dtyle

Having a quieter place, fairly close to the highway, and a generally nice stay. Very cordial and helpful staff.

Our room was supposed to be a suite but when we got there, there was not one available. The A/C the first night was not working efficiently. We let the desk know and they moved us to an available suite the next night and we were thoroughly pleased. Also, we had a 4 month old baby with us and we forgot dish soap to clean bottles. Not only did they let us have some, they delivered it to us each night. We are very pleased and will stay again.

It was everything I expected. I felt very comfortable and at home while I was there. The only regret is staying one night and I wish I could’ve stayed for two! I will be visit again very soon! Thank you!

I had checked into another hotel that turned out to be a dumpster fire in hiding, so I literally walked out and found the nearest hotel to me. Renaissance Waterford popped up so I grabbed a room. The staff was both friendly and knowledgable; the hotel and the restaurant were gorgeous, clean, and well-maintained; and the rate was totally reasonable. I had such a great experience that I have asked my assistance to switch all future bookings to Renaissance properties (and I will certainly be reaching out to the GM as well).
