Renaissance Waterford Oklahoma City Hotel

Everything was comfortable and inviting. The breakfast offerings in the concierge lounge were vast and delicious.

Our room was supposed to be a suite but when we got there, there was not one available. The A/C the first night was not working efficiently. We let the desk know and they moved us to an available suite the next night and we were thoroughly pleased. Also, we had a 4 month old baby with us and we forgot dish soap to clean bottles. Not only did they let us have some, they delivered it to us each night. We are very pleased and will stay again.

I had checked into another hotel that turned out to be a dumpster fire in hiding, so I literally walked out and found the nearest hotel to me. Renaissance Waterford popped up so I grabbed a room. The staff was both friendly and knowledgable; the hotel and the restaurant were gorgeous, clean, and well-maintained; and the rate was totally reasonable. I had such a great experience that I have asked my assistance to switch all future bookings to Renaissance properties (and I will certainly be reaching out to the GM as well).

Great location and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Coffee available in the lobby.
